ERP for Cabin Crew Academy

The ERP system was developed after researching the complete requirements to cater to the needs of students, faculty, and academic and administrative management for ease of operations. The system provides role-based authentication to manage the potential student screening and related fee management modules.

The dashboard shows year-wise data listing (admissions/medicals/withdrawals/standby), month-wise student registrations, lead sources, screening on the basis of pre-registration history (if it exists) and allocating a batch to candidates or put them on standby/withdrawal. The Fee Management module manages the fee for the student. It displays dues of every candidate. Reports allow graphical views of various scenarios as required by any academy. System audit trails and logs are maintained for future history reference. The system provides the functionality to add or modify the courses as per the session year managed by the administrator. The system helps the management to capture the overall information about every registered student. The system has the functionality to trigger automated emails at every stage (screening selection/rejection/medicals/fee dues). The system provides the feature to assess students based on their performance in line with pre-defined parameters.

Performance application dashboards allows the admin to access the results of earlier assessments of the students in pictorial formats – High, Mid and Low performers. System provides business intelligence to capture the performance of different batches. Information can be sliced and diced based on the requirements of the management.

ERP for Pilot Academy

This system captures all aspects of data associated with pilot training as well as interpretation and action on the basis of the same. A potential cadet pilot is required to clear various exams as per aviation authorities. All government-required certificates of a passed potential pilot are uploaded to the system to enable the admission process. The system has the capability to offer and approve various types of scholarships. It has an intelligent algorithm to allocate scholarship bands based on various scores and other pre-defined parameters. During the training process, once a cadet pilot has a flying license, instructors can allocate flying hours in the system. The same can also be viewed by a Cadet Pilot.
